I have been selected to participate as an Emerging Artist at this year's GVAF!!! It's such an honor and exciting experience. I have been prepping for the past few weeks and this weekend is the fair!
I am very excited and also super anxious! I can't wait to show my work and the sheer volume of attendees is a bit overwhelming as I tend to get overstimulated in large crowds. I will have some self-care tools with me, as well as my husband, so that I can take breaks to regulate.
I'm bringing almost everything I've painted over the last year. It's interesting seeing everything laid out and ready for sale. I hope people love my work and that it speaks to them!
The Greenwich Village Art Fair runs Sept 17-18, 10am-6pm on Saturday and 10am-5pm on Sunday. Hope to see you there!
